Dry rashes and hives on stomach
As attached in the images,I have developed these dry rashes on 2 sides of the stomach and also small red hives around that which are extremely itchy. Why is this caused and what is this condition called ? What type of medication is recommended ?

Does white dandruff like scales come out of its surface if scratched a little ? Needs a detailed evaluation so that accurate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given to you accordingly
