Dry patches of skin
I moisturise daily and have reasonably healthy skin.a few days back i had one small patch of dry skin on my thigh. It is not red or itchy and no boils. Patches of scaly feeling dry skin have now spread across thighs, back of knee and hips. Should I be worried? What could be the cause. No new medications or cosmetics.

Dry patches of skin could be plain dry skin or Leprosy, if not associated with any other symptoms. Consult a dermatologist for a complete examination.
