Post facial I got acne for a week. Now along with acne I am getting dry painless zits all over my face..They don't hurt but make the whole appearance of my face very uneven n rough

Acne is quite common after facials. You will require long and proper treatment for the same. Please see a Dermatologist and take required treatment. Hope this helps.
