Anemia. Ok Mr. Reddy, staying in gurgaon. U have high chances of having anemia according to your symptoms. Anemia usually occurs due to many reasons (1) blood loss (2) nutritional deficiencies (3) etc.. in your case it could be both 1 and 2. As you are away from your home town (i assume with your name) u might not be getting enough nutrition. Also u could be a heavy tea/coffee drinker or don't have your food on time or stress ( i assume it, as u r an IT person) which causes gastritis i.e irritated stomach wall. Two reasons i assume u have blood loss Could be 1.hook worm infestation 2.blood loss due to ulcerated stomach wall. Be on fluids, water juice etc till u get a final diagnosis of it. Even being on this supplement s won't work as your stomach lining won't absorb nutrients or it is reaching to worms rather your body. Ok Mr reddy , take a break
Next Steps
meet an specialist (medicine) at an hospital.
Health Tips
be on fluids/ juice/ . try sending your pic of your tongue , nails and palm.
