  4. Dry itchy cracked lips. Suggestions?

Dry itchy cracked lips
Hi, I've had extremely dry itchy cracked lips for almost a year now. Large flakes of skin are peeling off my lips. My Dr prescribed teva-doxycycline flm-ctd & Protopic, but I am still applying lip cream 20 times a day. It is thought to be Cheilitis but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
