Dry, frizzy and grey hair
Since childhood i have dry hair. But as i am ageing it is becoming drier and drier and drier. Dryness is also changing my hair colour from black to brown. From last year i am also noticing some grey hair and dandruff. My skin doctor gave me medicines, lotions and other products for my hair. I didn't see much change but i spent a lot of money. Please please suggest best shampoo or hair routine.
P.S- I am eating healthy food like all kinds of seasonal fruits , vegetables, legumes and dry fruits.
