Try to reduce your time on computer for 6 or less hours.
Take frequent breaks at work..that means for every 1 hour of computer work that yu do, take a 5 minute break. During this time, give rest to eyes, walk across the office, rehydrate yourself (drink lots of water), massage eyes with knuckles and clean your eyes with cold water.
You can also use tear substitutes available in the pharmacy shops.
Try to use antiglare glasses and keep the illumination of ur laptop to minimum.
Hope this helps.
