Dry eyes and blurry eye after 4hr screen
I am male 20 year old. Take online class for 4 hours daily but feel blurry eyes when i use laptop for more than 4 hours. Blurry only infront of screen. Please tell me is this because of dry eyes? If yes then Please just tell me the best chemical among Carboxymethylcellulose 0.5% or 1%??
