  4. Dry eyes & burning. What shud i do?

Dry eyes & burning
Hello, since past couple of days my eyes have become very much dry.. & I have pain & severe burning too. Developed sensitivity to bright light, feels itchy & mild swelling on eyelids hence unable to work online. What shud I do? Plz Help.

Hi, All these are symptoms of dry eye. Suggestion: while working on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Blink more often. Keep yourself hydrated. You can use plano antireflective/ blue lens glasses while using computer. Eye drop eyemist 3- 4 times a day for 1 month will help you for the dryness.
