Dry and chopped lips
My lips are dry throughout the year. They are so dry and chopped that they become sticky and I have problem in speaking as my lips keep getting stuck to each other. I have tried so many different lip balms like Nova, Himalaya Herbal, Boroline.. but none of them works for me. Kindly help.
