My hair seems to be very dry n the colour of my hair can be compared to the corn's hair colour, please help me with this

Hi. Greetings. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you. You'll need proper assessment in terms of hair microscopy if this is since birth and assessment for deficiencies if this colour problem is of recent onset. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
