Doyble dosage of Telma 20

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi. I m taking telma 40mg everyday twice as prescribed by the doc. Unfortunately I have bought telma 20 instead of 40 and have taken double Telma 20 ( 2 tabs) to makeup telma 40.is there any risk in that? Urgent
