Does eating banana increase weight???
I see people who exercise at gym only eat banana. They say they have stopped eating rice. Does eating banana increase weight??? How much banana can be eaten per day?

Eating banana not increase your weight it’s depends at what time you have banana if you having banana whole day weight it’s not increase your weight but if you having proper meal with banana weight will be increase. Hi Eating banana doesn't lead to weight gain. Banana has lot of health benefits. No banana dosnt increase weight. We take banana before workout as a preworkout for energy during workout. Very needed. If you are trying to loose weight do consult me directly. Its just 100 bucks. U can afford it

Eating banana infact provides you instead energy with no weight gain as they are from plant source. Even eating rice doesn't add up any weight.its the lifestyle and medical conditions which are responsible. You can eat 1 banana a day with any fear.

Hello yes you are people who excercise in the gym eat banana I"LL tell you why because bananas have high glycemic index ... Which means they provide instant energy .... Which helps them in performing there activity to the core strength ... If they have stopped eating rice that might have been there choice but no nutritionist will ban rice from the diet.    .. next no eating bananas does not increase weight a medium size banana has equivalent calories as that of an apple or a pear ... And has good amount of many essential minerals ...coming to how many we should eat ...eating everything in moderation is a good deal so we can eat 1-2 banana daily....if you have any further queries contact me
