Doctor's Opinion on my Dust Allergy
Hi doctor, I have been diagnosed in my teens with dust allergy. In the diagnosis, it was shown that I have a high eosinophil count. My nasal septum is also deviated to the left, making the left nostril almost completely blocked. The right nostril due to my allergy, has swelling, nasal polyps. I sneeze a lot when there's dust or when the allergy triggers. My breathing is impacted by this a lot, and I have to keep using oxymetazoline hydrochloride (nasivion spray) to keep my nose unblocked. I have been prescribed some allergy related medicine before, but it only reduces the problem, doesn't fix it for good. I don't want to be dependent on a nasal spray to breathe normally, so I'd like to know your opinion and suggestions. Looking forward to your reply, as this is the first time I'm seeking online doctor help. Thanks, Sushant.

Hii Sushant, As you said your sneezing is due to allergy which can be completely cured with medical treatment. But the nose block  can be due to  either the swollen turbinates as a part of allergy or it can be due to deviated nasal septum. This need to be evaluated with an endoscopy or CT scan to conclude on a treatment plan
Next Steps
The present gold standard treatment for allergy is Allergen Immunotherapy. I think it will help you. Please connect online, so we can discuss in detail.
Health Tips
Please donot  use oxymetazoline nasal drops for more than 10 days, as itself can lead to nasal blockage

First we must identify the allergen ( which can be done by a thorough history and with the help of a skin prick test) , later you can avoid the allergens and manage your symptoms with antiallergic nasal sprays and tablets. Permanent cure for allergy is Immunotherapy. You may also need to do a CT scan to figure out extent of your nasal polyps - some of them will be managed only by surgery.
Next Steps
Consult online for a detailed assessment.
Health Tips
Avoid using Nasivion/Otrivin as it has addictive potential and can cause rebound congestion. Use a saline nasal spray and steam inhalation to clear your nasal passages.
