Doctor i dont have child
All reports r normal even i getting my periods in time i consulted doctor only i got conceive and after miscarriage after 2 months after that no preganancy did IUi for three times

It must be difficult for you, however please check if test for ovarian reserve which can tell you your chances of pregnancy has been done. It is very important, especially since you are 43 years old, as that's what is reflecting here. You should also consider more advanced forms of treatment like IVF if your ovarian reserve is fine.
