Masturbation is inherently pleasurable, and is a powerful reinforcer of one's own sexual preferences. This means that the more you masturbate on a certain fantasy, the more the preference to that fantasy forms in you. If you wish to change your fantasies, it is best done with a therapist whom you trust.
