  4. Diziness, weakness. N all r normal?

Dizziness, weakness
From last two days i feel dizziness, Weakness and sometimes vomiting sensation. Usually my BP and pulse rate are alway high but from last two days its around 115/70 and 75BPM. Im also taking homeopathy medicine i.e Gutteria gumeri for high TG and Charak sumenta (Ayurvedic)for anxiety issues. Please suggest me is this dizziness n all r normal ???
