Diziness. Is this all related?

I have been facing kidney stones problem since i was 15, later was daignosed with hyper parathyroidism and went through surgery. My lower back pains even if i stand for 20 mins, pain passes through hips and goes till legs.Recently i have dislocated my knee cap,putella. I cannot even walk properly.this was second time. First time was not severe but this time it has too kuch of swelling too. Few days before i felt dizziness n when checked sudden high bp was notedsay 175/127. M consuming nebimac tablet and now its normal. Is this all related?
