Disturbance
I left my job in may and i was in a relationship as well but after leaving the job i felt that i always need somebody to talk whom i could tell my problems and issues. Due to which i talk to anybody who talks to me. And one more thing my best friend and boyfriend both have turned thier back to me. I have started feeling useless and most available person to everyone. Whenever i try to do something i get distracted by myself. This is such a vulnerable feeling. I want to get rid of it.

What you have described, is not your vulnerability or weakness....rather your strength. Obviously the badpatch will over in some days. Whether you have clinical depression or not, to be decided by a psychiatrist. By the way.....why have you left your job? Hope you were not pressurised.
