Discomfort in stomach
Hi guys, For last 3-4 days, I am having discomfort in my lower part of stomach and I felt that when I sit on chair the discomfort level increases. There is no any pain in my stomach or lower stomach. Is this serious or I should do some stomach yoga or exercise to fix??
