  4. Discoloration of toe nail. It harmful?

Discoloration of toe nail
Since i used some tight heels my toe nails of both the legs has got this yellowish coloration on the ends and entire nail clotted i mean reddish brown colour . Is there something i can do with that ? Is it harmful ?

Hi! Usually there is nothing to worry about. Wear loose footwear for some time.
