Disc Prolapse
Got disc issue for more than 4 yrs...L5S1, last year again got severe bcoz of sciatica pain..numbness on one side of the right leg till little finger in the foot. Its been one year still the numbness remains now i cant walk or sit for longer..doctor said to do continous traction at home but no miracle hapnd. Please help...Thank you.

You need complete assement of your spine.and investigations like x-ray of lumbar spine and MRI of lumbosacral spine is required to suggest you relevant treatment
Next Steps
avoid long bike rides,avoid sitting for prolonged time ,avoid acute bending
