Hi doctor, hope all is well at your end. I have been diagnosed with disc slip. Two of my disc's in my lower back namely L4 and L5, I have been advised to reduce weight but the pain doesn't allow me to exercise. Could you tell me whether surgery or physiotherapy is the way forward. My weight is 120 KGS and height is 5ft 10inches.
