Direaha and stomach cramps
Hi I just came back from the Dominican Republic and I have had severe dirahea and stomach cramps 3 days before I left. My stool is also black and I’ve been taking Imodium to help my direaha which I think did get a little better but my cramps hurt so much. Also I got a rash on my chest but I think it was from tanning. I’m not sure what to do what my dirahea has lasted 4 days now.
