Difficulty urination
After ejaculation I feel like urinating but it is difficult for me to initiate and once I start the urine stream becomes narrow. During normal times the stream is ok. But at rare times my stream will be spraying.

Hello there.
It's normal, nothing to worry about.
It's hard to urinate with an erection and also difficult to initiate after ejaculation.
Don't worry about it.
