Diet to check Diabetes
My father recently got his Glucose (fasting) checked and whereas, the normal range is given as 60- 100 mg/dl, his is 110. It has substantially increased since the last time he got tested in June and it was 99. What are some diet changes he should make to bring the blood sugar under control?

You check for his HbA1C & BP and give him low fat salt restricted high fibre diabetic diet. Stictly avoid sugar and sweet things ,high fat milk &its products, fried things simple carbs,maida products, some fruits like banana, mango,litchi, chiku and grapes as well as restricted rice, potatoes and other tubers. All meal should be devided into 3 main and 3 small meals with plenty of water intake. Grt all the test done for diabetes and accordingly manage sugar by diet, exercise and if required medicines.
