Sir, My Wife delivered a baby boy by Cesarean on 05-06-2018.Her weight is 60 Kg.But,before Pregnancy her weight is 54.5Kg. Now What diet should be taken?

Hi first of all congratulations Inspite of weight loss concentrate on her health as she delivered a baby so she need balanced diet.She is a breast-feeding mother so need more kcal  to take care of her baby. Eat everything in moderation.Tk adequate amount of protein,gud fats, complex carbs.Do sm exercise daily.Drink plenty of water nd calcium rich food. Gud luck nd tk care

Hi, Since she is 60 right now... I think she has already reduced some post pregnancy weight.... Now this 5-7 kgs weight is very difficult to lose... Being a breast feeding mother... She might feel hungry and also at the same time with lil bit of exercise she will be able to shed more 2-3 kgs... It is important for her to have all food groups in the diet to prevent any deficiency in the body... I can provide customized diet plan .... Bt for that I need her proper details starting from dietary habits, physical activity, medical history, etc

After delivery diet should be rich in protein to aid in quick recovery of mother and also calcium rich and abundant in vitamins to have a good quality breast milk.She must take good amount of dal, chicken soup,eggs as source of protein.Green leafy vegetables,fruits n nuts will give her the required amount of vitamins n fats.Ragi,milk n milk products are a rich source of calcium.

Shez breast feeding mother . So it’s imp fr her to add all food groups proteins fats carbs n vitamins minerals in her diet . Drink plenty of water . More of greens , dal rice sabzi chapati etc . Consult personally for proper guidance for her balanced plans .
