Hello doctor.
I am pure vegetarian till now...but now for nuriton i want to take 4-5eggs daily....so tell  me what is the best way to have a egg comfortably

Hi..
To be healthy you need not change your diet habits.Taking 4-5 eggs a day is not advisable.1 egg  white a day is enough.whole egg will add cholesterol to your body which is not good.Remove the yellow and eat the white part.If protein is your concern then you can include sprouts n legumes in your diet.Eat a well balanced diet.Drink 6-8glasses of water a day. Eat atleast 2 fruits a day n lots of fresh vegetables.
