Eat properly without stress... Eat all green vegetables , eat fruits regularly... Drink juices, eat small and frequent meals 10 minutes walk after taking meal...Improve your digestive system... Take milk and milk products on daily basis....

Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class​ proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, etc) complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Tell me ur family and madical history,veg or nonveg. In veg take milk and dairy products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, legumes,pulses, nuts. Add high calorie, rich protein, good fat, more fluid  in ur diet.

You need 2800 kcal per day where 25% should be protein foods. Can have 40gm or 4 tablespoons ensure protein shake separately.

Hi Before giving u ny pln need to knw abt ur lifestyle,calories output nd input accordingly cn pln diet chart fr u. Only high protein diet do nothing .Consult personally fr proper guidance
