Diet plan for me
I am taking medicines like hcqs200, mycept 360mg,wysolene .5 mg , pregalin SR 75 for sle diseases from last 1 and half year..and my tummy fat is going on increasing can someone suggest me diet what i need to eat for breakfast, lumch amd dinner as right now my weight is 53kg before this disease it was 46kg. I amonly concerned for my weight gain which is because of medicines..it will be helpful if someone suggest me diet plan..

These Medicine related to u r liver imunsystem .mostly medicine put retention to body n gain weight.
Ur bkfst should b oats or flakes or sandwich
Avoid spices.more fruits vegetable milk n curd
Most important keep diner lit.dont take heavy food at night.
