Hi, Generally speaking limit all processed, preserved,  packaged & outside food completely. Stop hard drinks & smoking if you do. Keep your water intake for atleast 8-10 glasses a day. Indulge in physical activity like yoga/ exercise/ aerobics for sure. Keep the stress at bay. Regularise your sleep cycles. For personalised guidance & Diet plan share your Bio details, medical history if any & routine details.
