First i would like to know the type of diet u take, vegeterian or non vegeterian; how much is widal titre then i can give u perfect advices which is related to u. But if u ask me general advices then give bowel rest by eating liquid or semisolid diet; Avoid spicy and fatty diet. Eat healthy n diet rich in carbohydrate. Drink plenty of water, stay hydrated.

Hi Thanks for contacting practo. First of all avoid outside food and water because of that typhoid occurs. Avoid drinking tap water. Take boiled or filtered drinking water. Take plain bland diet. Avoid spicy, oily, fast food.
