Diet for controlled weight loss
I have 90 kg weight and 6.1" height. I want to lose 15 kg weight, with controlled diet and proper exercise. I currently exercise 1 hour 6 days a week, and follow a normal diet. But this seems to be not making much change in my weight. I would like to know what diet should I follow. Thanks in advance!

Hello, Its good that you are exercising and working on eating habits so that the results are effective. You may consider making these 3 changes in your routine to see any difference. 1. Always include protein after workout. You can include a cup of sprouts, curd, milk, 6-8 nuts, boiled pulses etc. Protein absorption is much better when taken after workout. 2. Drink at least 3 liters of water through the day. You can also look at having diluted lemon water 1 liter throughout the day. This will help with effective nutrient absorption. 3. Reduce intake of have meals after 6pm. Finish your dinner by 7 or 8 pm max and include boiled vegetables with herbs and pepper or fruits. Ensure you are eating at least 2 kinds each of fruits and vegetables every day!!!
Next Steps
Ensure you burn more than what you eat, on the same day.
Health Tips
Never avoid carbohydrates. Some amount of red rice, ragi, millets, poha, dhalia or chapati can be taken for breakfast or lunch.
