Hi, no worries even if you are mother of 2 kids, you need to understand losing /gaining weight is a gradual process and it requires time. So, first you should start of with a combination of diet n exercise. Reduce intake of fried items N foods rich in carbs. For exercise start with climbing up and down staircases. It will help.
