Hello, As per your mentioned height and weight, your BMI is normal. If you still want to lose extra fat, you can make few dietary changes like: Stop fatty and junk food, Avoid extra sugar and oil in food, Drink plenty of water Increase protein diet like boiled/sprouted pulses Increase green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in diet. Along with dietary changes, start exercising or jogging to burn your extra fat.
