I am taking Ashwagandha powder, safed musli, shttawri churan & coanch beej churan as suppliment for my gym diet.
Is it beneficial for age of my group or unhealthy for my health.

These are good as natural foods. But you need to take good nutritious foods as well like roti, dal, sprouts rajma, lobia, chana, milk n it's products. Drink lots of water. Have seasonal fruits n veggies too
