Diarrhea,watery stool of child
Today morning at about 2a.m my son was having temperature, I found this during his sleep.I gave 3 ml of paracetamol 250 at that time .After waking up, in the morning he was having watery stool for 3 times(during a period of 2.5 hours).

Hi. Pls see a nearby Pediatrician soon. It is dangerous to prescribe without seeing the child. Meanwhile give small quantities of ORS or Electral to the child.
