Hello doctor since from 2 days I wz having stomach pain along with loose motions , dizziness now I only have stomach pain while eating n drinking wat could be the reason please reply m very much tensed

Appears to be SYMPTOMS of GASTROENTERITIS. That is food borne Infection. May need Antibiotics and other medicines.
