My baby is 15 months old. she is having severe diaper rash and loose motion. she is in pain she cnt even sleep. i visited to doctor he given me medicine-Ezinapi cream, Oflomac-M Forte andEnterogermina.. and she is not eating anything even milk also. em worried for her health also. her weight is still. 8.7kg only

Stop bottle and breastfeeding if given.
Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day including curds and bananas in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home.
Give ors half a glass after every loose motion if watery.
Stop oflomac.
Add syp satrogyl-O 5 ml twice a day, enterogermina vials one vial twice a day,both meds for 5 days.
Apply rashfree cream twice a day, STOP diapers,keep area dry.
Consult on practo in case of additional problems.
