In night sometimes iam not getting sleep or I wake up 2 3 times reason nd when I wake up these day my eyes have swelling what should I do for cure

Swelling of severe kindly check your urine for microalbumin to rule out any loss of protien in urine also get your blood pressure cheked. Kindly make a seven point sugar chart that means take before breakfast 2 hrs after breakfast reading
Then before lunch and 2hrs post lunch reading
Then before dinner and 2 hrs after dinner reading
Then any reading when u wake up at night
In your case is suspect eye swelling is because of loss of urine proteins and your waking up probably because of high fluctuations in sugar.
However if I am wrong and everything is fine you consult a psychiatrist to rule out insomnia (lack of sleep) problem
