Iam diabetics patient for the past 20y.Now iam using novamix30/70, 20+22 units Janumet50/1000 daily 1+1,and glynase xl 5mg,1+1.Recently one diabetologist advised me stop glynasexl, Required second opinion on this

It's very much true. Unfortunatley you are taking too many medications the is likely to have an impact on your sugar levels and makes you prone to low sugar levels whidh is probably more dangerous to you than high sugar at this stage. Hence Glynase is the one you might want to stop. Continue Janumet and manage your sugar levels by changing you insulin dosages.
