Hba1c 8 , cimt, micro albumin and opthalmic fubdus normal, medicines dianorm total 60 twice a day,cardace 5 once a day,atorva 10 once in two days, niacin nf once in two days. is ithis line of treatment ok?

My opinion would be to aim for a better control of hba1c and an adjustment in the dose of diabetes medicines would be required. Also, check your creatinine and lipid profile to know whether the other 3 medicines are being given at an optimal dose.
