Hello madam, so you have concerned  regarding mainly hair  fall, diabetes type and regarding your diet . So first of all you afe type 2 diabetic . Regularly check your sugar levels and in 3 months once check ur HBA1C and keep check on ur sugar levels with medication. Second you should check ur thyroid profile because diabetic patient are prone to hypothyroidism. Do ur scalp is dry or lesions or dandruff because its common in diabetes which cause hairfall and regarding your diet preferably u should should take milk but without fat and don't take curd beacuse diabetic and hypothyroidism patient lack in calcium and vitamin d and that also common reason for hairfall. Your hair fall could be related to hormonal imbalances, seeing you that you are hypothyroid patient too. You have type 2 diabetes mellitus. Do not completely eliminate milk and curd from diet. Include them & follow a structured diet under guidance of a clinical Dietitian. Include a Vit b complex tablet post breakfast. This will help the hair fall
