Hi Madam/Sir, I have done my urine pregnancy test and it was positive and my gynaecologist advised blood tests and i was diagnosed with diabetes. My HBA1C was 7.8 and what has to be done further?? Please suggest

Insulin is best option. But Tab Metformin can be given. U can consult Doctor or chat online with all reports

U have diabetes in pregnancy, you will be started on Insulin by your doctor, do regular smbg, consult dietecian and do regular exercise after taking advice from your doctor... Blood glucose control is utmost important!

Keep FBS around 100mg. Preferably use insulin to control blood sugar.

You have to be put on insulin based on sugar values
