Dermastatis wound not hea
Sore wound on my back not getting healed.Existing for more than 3 years.Our Homeo Doctor suggested minor surgery for it to be removed.Is there any other treatment avoiding surgery.Blood sugar 300+,If surgery is the option or not please let me know whom to consult.

Can be diagnosed only after seeing...non-healing might be due to uncontrolled diabetes....better consult a dermatologist n get treated.
