Depression relapse

I was having depression then i went under medication prescribed by a psychiatrist. I took feliz S 20 for a year. Stopped it by decreasing the dose last month. Earlier i used to have restlessness and insomnia. I dont feel any of these things but i dont feel like doing anything and i get a fever very quickly which comes and disappears.I feel like crying even if i dont want to and i am not able to enjoy the things get irritated very often and feel worthless. I dont even know what i am suffering with? Suggestions please

Yes though the symptoms suggest about depression in you, you can definitely come out of it by visiting a psychologist and have some sessions with them. I am sure once u share your feelings and emotions are handled properly u will WIN yourself.

Although your description does suggest depression, many a times some underlying physical health problems can also lead to depression or relapse of preexisting depression. Since you mention recurrent fever too, I suggest you first see a physician to rule out any physical health issues. You probably will have to consider restarting antidepressant along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy, practicing yoga, mindfulness and other healthy lifestyle choices. Regards
