Hi , i want to know if i am facing depression or not , also please tell me can depression can cause vomiting and loose motions ?

Well, different people react to different conditions in different manner. Depression or anxiety may cause diarrhoea and vomiting. but with so little information given we cannot tell you if or not you are suffering with depression.
