I have had a year back last year and from that time till now I am not able to recover from that issue...I Have felt depressed and lazy...I Have a feeling that I can't do anything in my life.. I have lied alot.. I don't want to face anything seriously. I got so depressed sometimes that I nearly committed suicide.. I want to resolve everything and come good but the negativity is getting better of me.. What Is the solution??.. What should I do??

Just remember this is not the end of your life. Taking a year gap makes you more stronger for the next commitment/challenge. So getting worried/sad or depressed is okay but acting upon them is not healthy. It will be better for you to consult a near by mental health professional for few sessions to address and deal with your thoughts and emotions. All the best
