Depression - Is this the initial stage ?
Through twists and turns, I started feeling low. It's been almost 1 year since I'm trying to avoid things and my self motivation level has gone down. I have become a lazy person with just the desire to do certain things but then when it comes to the actual work, fatigue hits me. I have been trying to exercise but then again the pain of getting up from the bed and hitting the gym is too much. I usually feel sad, I try to talk to people but then I think no one will get me and also my nature of being over ambitious helped me in getting here. Do you think it's high time I should start taking celepra 10 mg ? Currently I think it's good enough to get up, manage teams at work, thrive and live to fight another day but is it good enough ?
