Depression
I feel depressed any time. I want to share my things with anyone. During my college days I shared everything with my friends. After that almost 2 years I shared my feelings with my girlfriend but now she got job in a college. 2 days once she call me and it is only 5 minutes. I feel lonely. I'm not kidding. It's hurt. Hurts so much. What I do. Sorry I didn't mention I'm working far away from my family. Please give me a solution

Hello, i can understand you seem stressed-and that's causing more stress! Its great that youre seeking help-that's half the battle won. I would suggest you visit a counsellor who will help you with your problem. Until then you can: 1. Make a sleep schedule and follow 2. Think about your life goals and start working towards them 3. Try practicing yoga or take up a new hobby 4. Meet new friends! Its a big world out there 5. Keep yourself busy 6. Honestly communicate with your girlfriend about how youre feeling Best of luck! :)

How you perceive things is what influences your feelings and how we behave. Many things happening around us, we have no control over them. Hence, we need to take things as a matter of fact and in an objective way. Not, adding emotional interpretations. While you change your perceptions, practically, start scheduling your day with activities that you enjoy and activities which are meaningful for your life. Just keep doing them. If things are getting difficult, see a psychiatrist. Regards
